Welcome to our blog
Hello from Seoul-
Well, I guess we've finlly dragged ourselves back into the realm of the under-40-somethings now that we have a blog. Since Abigail and I are now in the same city, we decided to start a blog so that all of you can drop by and see what we've been up to. We'll try to post weekly, so you can rest assured that new and occasionally interesting tidbits from our life together will be ready for your scrutiny.
The first thing that I plan to do is to post all of my old mass emails from the last 4 years (in Baltimore and Istanbul). They proved to be popular reading amongst some people who (ah hem) don't seem to have anything better to do. Just kidding. I'll post these emails, along with some pictures to sort of recap my last 4 years teaching at home and abroad. Thus, it will be comprehensive in a way, and will offer a glimpse into my life.
Furthermore, Abigail will post as well on, yes, this very same blog! That way, you'll get both of us on the same page since we do a lot of things together. Makes sense. We'll try to sign off of each post with our respective names so that you know who has posted. I hope that this is enjoyable for you to read. If yo have any suggestions, please feel free to make a comment.
